There are two ways to do this.

1 You can add a Power point file to the web and add a link to your blog for visitors to go and download it or
 
2 You can change your power point file to a flash file and add it to your blog so that it can viewed there.
 
Convert Power point to flash there are three ways to do this,

You can now publish your post or page.

To add an image to your sidebar you have to use a text widget.

 To add an image to the sidebar, you need to use a little HTML. To get the URL for an image go to the Media Library and click on the image. You’ll see a File URL field with the location of the uploaded file. Copy the URL

If you are working on-line then your greatest asset is your PC and Internet connection. So you should look after both but many people do not . To keep your computer running smoothly you should defragment your files and clean up your disc. Here are the instructions
