There are two ways to do this.

1 You can add a Power point file to the web and add a link to your blog for visitors to go and download it or
 
2 You can change your power point file to a flash file and add it to your blog so that it can viewed there.
 
Convert Power point to flash there are three ways to do this,

3 Buy a commercial flash converter like PPT2Flash Standard you can get a free trial at http://www.sameshow.com/download/ppt2flash-download.html
 
 
Upload you converted file to your web site/blog.When it has been uploaded copy the url.
 
Insert your file into your blog by creating a new post or page
 
You can now publish your post or page.
