 Does your reputation matter ?

A good reputation is a must for any company as it gives you market value. Your reputation is based on three things
 
1 What you say
2 what you do
3 what others say about you.
 
These three things are very important. Take for instance “What you say “can make a big difference in your marketing. If the information or opinion you are promoting on your blog/website is not very good then your reader is not going to come back for a second look.
 “What you do “is also important because if you do not make the effort to get to know your customers and develop a rapport with them then again they will not keep returning to your site.
And finally “What others say about you “ again there is no better advertising than “word of mouth” and if people do not have anything good to say about you, your site or your products then you are not going to make sales.
 
Personal experiences are one of the best ways to promote products or websites. If you have a story to tell about your experience with a product or site then people will pay more attention to it than if you have not experienced these sites or products.
 
To be successful you need to know your customers and be able to read their minds . You need to be in tune with your customers and to understand their needs so that you can provide the products and answers that they want.
You will prosper if you can help your customers make the right choices.
 
Customers in these economic times are being a lot smarter and are watching what they spend their hard earned cash on. They will now try to go for the best deal possible .  
 
To be successful, people must establish a new way of dealing with their customers. They need to be responsive to their customers needs and to , “thank” them for their custom . Give your customers what they want, get to know them and interact as much as possible and remember the old saying "The customer is always right" then you can’t go wrong.
